Byron Becquer is a family business with a small team of people and during periods of high order influx such as Black Friday or Christmas time it may take a few days to respond to you but ALL messages will be handled in the same way as ALL orders are delivered.
To check the status of your order, check your inbox, including the spam box, for an email that says "BYRON BECQUER: your order is on its way." In it you will find a link with which you can track your shipment or the point where it is. If you have not yet received this email, it is most likely that your order is still in preparation. Due to high season or because the warehouse is waiting to receive some unit of your order that was not only in stock in the physical store.
